Assessment Clinic: May - July 2024
What is the assessment clinic?
It can be challenging to get an assessment done in a timely and efficient way. The Clinic is a yearly offering to help parents get an assessment done right at the end of the school year/beginning of the summer.
This way, we get observations from teachers who have worked with your child all year, and you have time to consider the results of the assessment well before the new school year begins.

What does it look like in practice?
Over the course of May and June, we collect a detailed history of your child’s development, including strengths and challenges. During this time, we connect with your child’s teacher(s) to get any relevant information from the current school year.
The first week of July, we meet for testing for 1.5 hours each on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (if any additional testing is needed, it’s done Thursday). Results are provided to you in a report Friday, July 5.
How much does it cost?
There is a flat rate cost for the assessment: $2,200. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, credit, or e-transfer, and is made at the debrief on July 5.
How do I sign up?
Complete the form below to request a spot. There are only 5 spots available so that we can spend enough time and attention with each family. Available times will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
